Job Description

The Role

+ Design, develop, maintain, and support high-quality in-house software build systems for Enterprise class software

+ Introducing Automated solutions to workflows.

+ Working with containerization. (eg. Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, OKE)

+ Working with native cloud solutions (eg. Azure, Oracle Cloud)

+ Design and maintain automated pipelines to continuously deliver value to clients

+ Define monitoring and alerting best practices

+ Implement pipeline, build and deployment tools such as Bamboo, Maven, Gradle and Jenkins

+ Tracking deployment and implementation pipelines through Argo, Rancher

+ Manage Imperva Firewall with Forgerock IG/AM configuration to maintain Microservice environments

+ Manage security certificates/keystore and to track and updating certificates based on the established process

+ Ensure systems can accommodate growth in our delivery needs by understanding the project requirements during the SDLC process

+ Software release processes including deployments of mobile, web portal, backend database and microservice

+ Shell scripting language.(eg. Powershell or Shell script)

+ Working with the Linux operating system

+ Working with web servers such as Apache/ISS

+ Working with monitoring tools like Check MK, Kibana, Elastic search or New Relic

+ Define monitoring and alerting best practices based on Site Reliability Engineering

+ Administering code repositories such as GIT

Availability via email, telephone, or any device that may be assigned in order to be part of a pager duty rotation which might extend over weekend as well

The Requirements

+ 6- 7 years’ experience in DevOps concepts

+ Knowledge in Consumer Driven Health Care domain is a big plus

+ Experience in ITSM and Waterfall/Agile processes

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across multiple business units, external clients and technology partners and fellow team members

+ BE, BTech or MCA with minimum 4-5 years of experience in SRE Concepts

+ Hands on experience working with containerization. (eg. Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, OKE)

+ Experience working with native cloud solutions (eg. Azure, Oracle Cloud)

+ Strong Site Reliability Engineering fundamentals

+ Ability to work between Eastern Time business hours 9-5 PM

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with requirements of the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Please note that the salary range listed relate specifically to roles located in Colorado and that salary ranges for similar positions located in other Willis Towers Watson locations may vary. In addition, salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role.

Compensation

The annualized salary range being offered for this role is $80,000-$105,000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
