Zebra has emerged into the SaaS space! In this role you will have the opportunity to learn a dynamic cloud-based solution. You will deliver outstanding support related to our SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. You will be the first line of contact to senior individuals in our customers’ organizations (top tier retailers, banks and healthcare). Finally, you will take ownership of, and prioritize support tickets, configuring our SaaS software products, testing software applications, and finding creative workarounds. Come join us! This role may be remote in the US but will not be performed in Colorado. Responsibilities: + Works on named accounts or territories or through business partners + Monitorsand assesses account services for assigned clients + Assumes responsibility for ensuring flawless service delivery and manages relationship with account contact + Provides input to services quotes and client proposals + Participates in identifying and proposing resolutions to business issues for the client + Interprets data to help drive effective business decisions + Conducts regular customer and partner meetings with management oversight to review service plans and recommends improvement to services. + Advises the client. + Introduces clients to new offerings/upsells to assist client in solving business problems + Works on applying and learning company service philosophies, methods and work processes Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree + Minimum of 0 years of experience + Ability to design and deliver reports for clients + Solid understanding of the SaaS Release Management Process + Ability to configure web-based software applications + Solid understanding of Information Technology, Software Development Lifecycle, Web Applications, etc. + Ability to provide compassionate, empathetic responses and solutions to client problems Preferred Qualifications: + Technical aptitude and ability to work on a complex SaaS solution + Experience supporting a hosted application + Experience using tools and technologies like JIRA, AppDynamics, SQL, CSS, XML, JSON + Experience reading log files and identifying root cause of issues + Team oriented + Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills + Demonstrated understanding of key financial factors Zebra is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
