Job Description

Manager responsible for the supervision, administration and technical work associated with the installation and maintenance of water, sewer and storm systems.  Responsible for directing and inspecting the District’s daily work crew activities to ensure the work is accomplished professionally and safely.     An associates degree or bachelor degree is preferred or equivalent job experience.

The successful candidate shall demonstrate a thorough knowledge of utility construction and maintenance and/or repair practices of the District’s infrastructure.  The successful candidate shall demonstrate leadership and/or management of work crews and have excellent communication skills.  The ability to navigate construction plans and specifications are essential and shall be well versed in OSHA regulations pertaining to the District’s operation.  Please visit https://www.greateraugustautilitydistrict.org/careers  for a full job description of the position. 

This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefit package including; retirement, family medical/dental insurance and generous leave benefits.

Pay range is $71,000 to $93,000 annualized.
