Job Description

Our Contact Center Specialists provide a high level of prompt, efficient, and enthusiastic service.

A high level of competency with computer software/online platforms is required. You must also possess a strong desire and ability to learn about our products and services and then use them daily to thrill and delight our members. Each day is an opportunity to make a difference. Some evening and Saturday hours will be required.

We would like for you to have at least a couple of years of similar or related experience. In addition to your outstanding verbal communication skills, we are expecting excellent writing abilities.
