L.L.Bean is currently searching for a Senior Analyst to join our Finance team in Freeport, ME .
This position offers the posibility to work remotely.
This important role provides complex analytical support to the Department, and other areas of the Company as appropriate, to achieve goals and strategic objectives.Responsibilities:
+ Provide complex analytical support to the department and other areas of the company as appropriate to achieve goals and in support of strategic objectives.
+ Plan, coordinate and execute short and long-range analytical projects and studies.
+ Develop information and analytical techniques to include sophisticated statistical and modeling methods in support of departmental/corporate decision making.
+ Prepare and analyze historical and projected data in support of long-range planning efforts.
+ Develop forecasting techniques and systems.
+ Oversee the ongoing activities of assigned analytical personnel on a daily basis and/or provide direct supervision on project related work.
+ Develop and maintain external information sources.
+ Monitor and identify relative resource and information trends, providing analysis of their impact on L.L. Bean.
+ Communicate results of analyses and findings through presentations to various levels of management.
+ Ensure the quality and integrity of data, data usage and analyses.
+ Act as a consultant on data design and data usage and assist in educating end-users on data design methodologies and techniques.
+ Assume additional related responsibilities as requested.

+ History of progressive analytical experience
+ Demonstrated fully developed expertise in applying analytical techniques and tools and statistical modeling methods
+ Excellent computer skills
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Production and results oriented
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
+ Attention to detail
