Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job Spurwink Services is seeking a motivated Office Manager to work in our busy, team-oriented Children’s Day Program in Portland. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy with the ability to multi-task. This is a critical position within the team, offering direct support for Program Managers and Associate Directors. DUTIES: The qualified candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team is a must. The candidate will have the ability to create and manage Excel and Word documents as needed. Effective oral and written communication skills and telephone skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required. Must have computer skills and be able to learn and work in Spurwink’s electronic health records. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; some undergraduate experience preferred. Relevant work experience (i.e., secretarial, computer management, office management) preferred.
