Become a strengths-based family therapist as you provide short-term intervention to families with behavior-challenged youth. Carry a caseload of 10 families, each of whom will receive 1-2 hours per week of therapy in their home, in a Spurwink office, or via telehealth. As a Functional Family Therapist, you will receive paid training in a highly effective evidence-based practice and both weekly individual and group high-quality supervision. Join a team of experienced Functional Family Therapists who are available for training, support and mentoring. This is an amazing opportunity for new clinicians to grow their clinical skillset and gain experience and May graduates are encouraged to apply. This position also includes a $5000 sign-on bonus, $2500 paid upon three months of full-time employment, $2500 paid after six months of employment. This sign-on bonus applies to new hires.
