ReVision Energy’s South Portland ME location is looking for someone to join the team in this dynamic Operations Coordinator role. This is a FT, M-F role and will require time in the office.

ABOUT THE POSITION: The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the in house installation teams and project queue while assuring the highest quality installation and customer service experience for our clients. The Operations Coordinator works together with the Operations Team to bring a project from the contract commitment phase to a complete installation. This includes scheduling projects, serving as the dispatch role for the crews and Warehouse teams throughout the day, and closing out project documentation. Additional operational tasks may be required based off volume and workflow.?? ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to):?

+ Work closely with the Operations Manager, Office Manager, Warehouse Manager and Operations Specialist to assure projects are efficiently moving through the necessary milestones??

+ Act as the primary customer contact through the installation process?

+ Maintain frequent communication with General Contractors throughout the project development process for new construction projects?? ?

+ Update CRM database to reflect project progress ?

+ Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure jobs are scheduled appropriately and pertinent information is passed accordingly? ?

+ Work with the Operations Manager to confirm all required components for residential projects are ordered and in stock prior to scheduled installation date?

+ Assist Branch Managers with process flow to drive operational efficiency?

+ Assist with project closeouts (documentation, monitoring portals), scheduling inspections, and providing a hand-off to customer that further cements excellent customer service??

+ Always looking to maximize efficiency and delivering legendary customer service??

+ Occasionally, answer phones or fill in operational needs as they arise?

+ Compose and send weekly Ops Report to companywide recipients.

+ Manage and post installation queue lengths in the weekly Ops Report.

+ Identify and coordinate specific needs for projects, including CMP involvement and equipment rentals.

+ Morning check ins with the install crew to facilitate an efficient departure and install.

+ Managing crew coordination, adjustments and timing throughout installation.

+ Assigning crews to projects to ensure installations are appropriately staffed and opportunities of growth are given to installers.


+ Must have strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities in a high pressure environment?

+ Must be able to work self-guided in a fast paced and growing environment?

+ Good at problem solving and possesses great teamwork skills – ability to foster a positive team environment?

+ Must bring a positive attitude; thoughtful ideas for growth of the company are encouraged?

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and other commonly used software, including internet and e-mail?

+ Must have good customer service skills as well as good oral and written communication skills?

+ Flexibility – adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes with change.?

+ Proactive – acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the process and procedures?

+ Ability and willingness to successfully work with multiple branches on Operational tasks (scheduling, resource sharing)?
