Job Description

  • Collect hours from employers on a weekly or biweekly basis and input into Quickbooks payroll software
  • Submit requested reports to employers
  • Submit quarterly payroll reports to appropriate agencies
  • Input client transactions to track expenses/deposits and reconcile accounts monthly
  • Provide employers with payroll related information and required forms
  • Filing of paperwork, forms and reports
  • Fielding telephone calls and questions from clients
