Job Description
- Collect hours from employers on a weekly or biweekly basis and input into Quickbooks payroll software
- Submit requested reports to employers
- Submit quarterly payroll reports to appropriate agencies
- Input client transactions to track expenses/deposits and reconcile accounts monthly
- Provide employers with payroll related information and required forms
- Filing of paperwork, forms and reports
- Fielding telephone calls and questions from clients
