We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, detail-oriented individual who loves working with seniors! Biddeford Estates, a New Communities assisted living community in Biddeford, Maine is seeking a full-time 1st shift Resident Appointment Coordinator to work coordinating and transporting residents to their medical appointments and work every other weekend as a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA). The role: As the Residential Appointment Coordinator, you will:
- Schedule and confirm resident appointments with medical providers
- Transport residents to their appointments, and when needed, accompany them during the appointments and communicate their needs to the provider
- Ensure resident follow up appointments are scheduled
- Communicate doctor’s orders to the appropriate personnel
- Complete all related documentation thoroughly and on time
As the CRMA, you will:
- Prepare, administer, and document the administration of medications and treatments
- Review and transcribe doctor’s orders
- Order and receive medications
- Observe residents for medication and treatment effects, take appropriate action, and complete appropriate documentation
