Deadline Extended - The Portland International Jetport is seeking one Customer Relations Specialists to join our team. Under the direction of the Airport Customer Experience Manager, this position serves as the frontline employee interacting with the public. This position will respond directly to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and online via social media. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, energetic, and compassionate individuals who are proficient with communicating to the public and stakeholders. This position will oversee and manage the airports website and social media platforms for customer experience information.  Other duties include assisting with customer service initiatives including the above and beyond program, passenger surveying, community outreach and other duties as assigned. This position will be responsible for covering a flexible schedule based on traffic. Candidates should expect modest schedule changes throughout the year to cover peak travel times.  The current schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 5:30a.m. - 2:00p.m.  Ability to pass all required background investigation and maintain a valid Class C Maine Driver’s License. Starting hourly wage is dependent upon qualifications.  Employees receive a generous benefits package, which includes 13.5 paid holidays, paid employee health insurance, sick/vacation leave, pension options, and optional dental/life/income protection insurance. Pay range starting at $795.75/week ($21.22/hour).
