$1500 Sign on Bonus! Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job $1500 Sign-On Bonus!!!! We are looking for a Children’s Care Coordinator to join our ShifaME team in Portland! You will work with immigrant and refugee youth in our catchment area based out of our downtown Portland office which includes Portland, South Portland, and Westbrook. You will join a team of care coordinators and clinicians providing Trauma Systems Therapy for Refugees (TST-R) an evidence-based model of care developed at Boston Children’s Hospital. TST-R training provided. You will work with immigrant/refugee youth and their families who have been impacted by stressors related to resettlement and migration. The position pay starts at $18.00 per hour with opportunities for increased pay based on experience as well as monthly incentives. This position also includes a $1500 sign-on bonus with $750 paid upon 3 months of full-time employment and $750 paid after 6 months of employment. This sign-on bonus applies to new hires. DUTIES: The Care Coordinator will complete psychosocial assessments and develop plans of care for youth with the support of caregivers. The Care Coordinator oversees the implementation of the plan of care and documents progress on goals. In this position, you will support refugee youth with accessing community resources, access to medical care, education, recreational activities, and basic needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution of higher learning. Experience doing cross-cultural work and/or experience with traumatized children and families is preferred.
