Job Description
As a Knowledge Leader in CommunityWorks, you will provide solution and workflow expertise to support the success of external client project implementations. This position is specifically to support Oncology solutions. You will provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise, author and develop associate-facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation and educate associates to appropriately leverage methodology and standard recommendations. You will also consult with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for standard content enhancements, process improvements, methodology updates, and resulting client impacts. As a key member of the team, you will manage issues logged via the problem management process and execute process improvement strategies.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education including:
At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 5 additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree
At least 1 year of CernerSolution/Oncology work experience Expectations
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
