Our Customer Service Department at Community Concepts is excited for a new opportunity to hire a Rent Relief Customer Service Team Lead. This position will supervise all of the Rent Relief Customer Service Representatives and will assist in the administration and delivery of customer-based support for all that are accessing the Rent Relief and Utility Program. This position will achieve goals of families by providing intake, screening, data collection and support to individuals and families seeking support to be eligible for the program. This position is 40 hours/week and is a temporary position until the contract runs out. Generally, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, this position must be flexible to accommodate the needs of families. Travel may be required throughout the service area.
