Description:
Position can be located in one of the following: Amarillo or Richardson Texas, Belleville or Lombard IL, Portland ME. Multiple positions open.
This position is responsible for assisting with needs analysis and assessment; assisting with the recommendation of learning solutions; facilitating delivery of solutions (training); supporting the Staff Development Site, supporting the implementation of performance and learning solutions, and evaluating those solutions against outcomes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's and 2 years of experience in insurance or health care, communications or training, OR equivalent of 6 years of experience in performance analysis and facilitation.
*1 year of experience in coaching team members or coaching small groups or performance analysis or development of solutions; OR classroom facilitation or leading small meetings or small groups.
*PC experience utilizing software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
*Knowledge of adult learning theories.
*Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, subject matter experts.
*Experience with Learning Management System or other related system/application.
Preferred Requirements:
* LIFE or DENTAL or Disability experience.
* Ability to learn complex environments with variety of complex systems and tools.
* Ability to command the traininig class, keep learners directed and engaged.
This position can be located in one of the following: Amarillo or Richardson Texas, Belleville or Lombard IL, Portland ME.
Flexible work schedule to include 3 days in office and 2 days from home, must live within 100 miles of one of the listed offices.
