Real Estate Team seeks a talented communicator and salesperson with a Maine Real Estate license.

The highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-starting candidate will:
- Weekly work a large volume of real estate leads received from a wide geographic area generated through marketing and messaging schemes. This person is passionate about helping people and draws energy from working with people, is an enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling. The qualified candidate is responsible for converting a massive number of leads into appointments through personalized follow up. The ability to articulate the company value while confidently controlling the conversation and setting qualified appointments is extremely important. This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and track the results in regular accountability reports and meetings. This person has the commitment, drive, and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and appointment setting while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.
- Prepare and send out handwritten notes to clients, past clients, and co-broke agents, as needed.
- Participate with team members in hosting 3 to 4 client appreciation events annually.
