Job Description

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for processing application and documentation of mortgage, installment, commercial and municipal loans in compliance with bank policy and regulatory guidelines.  This position communicates with customers, internal staff, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all necessary documentation required for the file.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review loan application file to verify that application data is complete.
  • Assemble and/or request information or documentation necessary to complete the application including employment and income verifications, credit reports, appraisal and flood hazard determination, title opinion or insurance, environmental report, certificate of corporate or partnership good standing and UCC search.
  • Input loan application forms into processing system.
  • Prepare loan closing documentation following lender approval and schedule loan closing with required parties.
  • Process construction loans including: ordering inspections, surveys and title updates; recording disbursements and preparing lien waivers; and preparing and mailing owners and contractors affidavits.
  • Monitor UL accounts including: ordering inspections; tracking and recording disbursements and preparing lien waivers and MSHA completion affidavits.
  • Process MSHA and Rural Development loan requests including: ordering appraisals; verify application documentation; generate closing package; enter RD loan into system and obtain conditional commitment.
  • Prepares month end reports as necessary.
  • Provides excellent customer service both internally and externally utilizing Integrity Customer Service principles.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.


Education and Experience:

  • One year certificate from college or vocational school; or
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training.
