Job Title: Accounting Assistant (#180243)
Accounting Assistant Pay Range: Starting at $20.00 hourly
Accounting Assistant Schedule: 40 hours, 8am-12pm, Mon-Wed for training.
Accounting Assistant Start Date: ASAP
The Accounting Assistant position in Trenton, Maine is responsible for assisting with accounts payable, receivables, general filing, tax documentation, and aspects of customer service as needed. You will have a solid understanding of payable, receivables, and general customer service. Successful candidates will be highly organized with strong analytical skills. This is a full time position.

Accounting Assistant Qualifications:

High School Diploma required

Accounting or financial certificate/degree preferred

Accounting and/or financial experience

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and finance documentation
