RN Postings:

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $5,000 sign on for New Grad Registered Nurses, $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 1-3 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 3 years of experience!

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Position Summary

Provider Relations Liaison RN is responsible for building referral source relationships to ensure eligible patients have access to CHANS services and to remove barriers to services when possible. The Clinical Liaison RN works with hospitals, medical practice groups, facilities (independent living, assisted living, rehab and long-term care) and other community agencies. Will be involved on the patient level to coordinate services, assess needs, and ensure smooth transition into home care. Will monitor and respond to external perceptions of CHANS and work with CHANS leadership to strengthen relationships and improve operations.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: RN and Bachelor degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

License/Certifications: Current Maine Nursing License.; Maine Driver's License

Experience: Minimum of five years of recent direct care nursing practice, prefer experience in Home Health, Med-Surg, or ICU.

Demonstrated competency using EMR and other Computer technology.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a professional respectful manner with all licensed skilled professionals, managers, other departments and staff within agency, and with all external contacts.

Proven ability to collaborate, build consensus, and influence without authority.

Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Must be able to balance the important with the urgent, the long-term with short-term, and agency with patient/family needs.

Presents as a professional in manner, language and attire.
