This position will support the Infrastructure Market and report directly to the Vice President and General Manager. Along with the responsibilities listed below this position is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Portray a positive, professional image to senior management, the public, clients, and team members; maintain a professional Cianbro office environment
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, memos, letters, statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Manage all aspects related to the operation of the office (calls, calendar, appointments, travel, etc.)
Organize and assist in planning meetings, events, and hosting client visits - internal/external
Provide executive administrative assistance as directed, including scheduling, correspondence, and communication.
Manage a wide variety of specialized projects as determined appropriately. Complete assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans
Supervise office staff through coaching, recognition, and performance
Provide daily administrative support of office supplies and budget
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business-sensitive information.
The ideal candidate will have a 2-year business degree or 5 years of experience in a professional office environment or equivalent combinations of training and related experience
Exceptional writing, problem-solving and personal communication skills are essential
Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced administrative and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the company
Discretion, a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, the ability to effectively multi-task are essential
Knowledge of Concur Travel Program or similar experience with booking corporate travel.
