Job Description

Sunday River's Mountain Operations team is looking for a self-motivated, organized Administrator to keep things running efficiently in the office (and on the slopes). This position will assist with safety training and compliance issues, accounting systems, and other administrative duties necessary for our busy Mountain Operations department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist managers with safety training and compliance issues
  • Help manage the Learning Management System for operations staff
  • Assist with payroll functions
  • Assist in the preparation or revision of department manuals
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding of operations staff
  • Prepare for audits by performing in-house inspections
  • Fill in where needed to help operations run smoothly
  • Various other administrative tasks as assigned
