Provide administrative support to project teams, interacting with both internal and external customers.
Jobsite payroll administration
Jobsite accounts payable administration
Assist project with project cost tracking
Perform purchasing duties as required for consumables and miscellaneous supplies
Assist in the setup of local vendor accounts
Facilitate meetings and coordinate training as required
Assist project startup and closeout
Perform general support to project teams including but not limited to; maintaining electronic files, job site documentation, photocopies, office maintenance, and supplies
Play a key communication role on the project by working with project management to filter and distribute incoming communication
Bring ideas to continuously improve processes
Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in the construction industry
Excellent communication skills with a personable, professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is necessary
Some travel will be required within New England
