Duties and responsibilities include typing, mail distribution, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and assisting with special projects as assigned.


The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years’ office experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a high degree of initiative, and excellent organizational and communication skills.  The Administrative Assistant will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
