Job Summary: Provides consultative services to recommend, design, and implement the organization’s recruitment initiatives.

Job Description: Works closely with leadership and third party administrators to determine business needs, priorities, issues, and opportunities. Consults on the development, implementation, and management of strategies that advance the objectives of the business unit and the organization. Provides coaching on the handling of complex recruitment issues. Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures. Performs the responsibilities of the underlying position.
