Back up the HR Business Manager
Support the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting Process of the Department Across the Company
Support the Fringe Budget, Forecast, and Metric Analysis
Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure proper and accurate financial compliance
Engage in the analysis of HR processes, internal controls and identify potential improvements and savings
Provide the following analysis and recommend financial opportunities
Negotiate HR Contracts and renewals
Medical/Dental/Vision Benefit Rate Setting
Overall Benefit Analysis
Team Equity Plan
Medical Lag & Workers Compensation Loss Reports
Conduct Annual Audits:
HR Premium and Billing
Cianbro Team Equity Plan
Prepare Benefit Plan Cash and Annual Financial Statements
Other strategic analyses as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Statistics with 5-10 years experience within these fields.
Qualified candidate must possess a "can-do" attitude
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including graphs, pivot tables, and what if statements
Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
