Temporary Administrative Office Support

Positions Available


We currently have several office support positions open and are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience with MS Office programs, proficient with Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail
  • Prior administrative/office experience
  • Customer Service/phone etiquette
  • High School education and higher

Full-time and part-time opportunities available, Monday - Friday daytime schedule. Temp positions expected to last until 12/31/21 or longer.

Various Duties and Skills include:

  • Advanced data entry using multiple databases concurrently
  • Electronic transfer of documents from external databases and emails
  • Drafting specialized correspondence
  • Conducting large scale mailings
  • Compiling and entering data into spreadsheets
  • Perform routine secretarial duties such as opening/sorting mail, copy, print, scan, schedule appointments, arrange travel/lodging, review documents, respond to requests 
  • Collection, reconciliation and deposit of fees
  • Answer phones responding to questions/inquiries
  • Make outgoing calls to verify information.
