*Job Description* The Treasury Management Sales Officer will generate treasury management/cash management fee income and deposits from new and prospective business and government banking customers. This position requires working closely with commercial and other bank partners to deliver comprehensive suite of Treasury Management and Deposit services and solutions. *Principal Responsibilities* * Develop new business and government relationships in assigned markets, manage existing business and government customer relationships and increase relationship value through cross-selling. * Call on referrals from Commercial Relationship Mangers and other partners jointly and independently. * Understand the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position Camden National Bank solutions. * Make product and services presentations; prepare documentation relating to treasury management services and coordinate implementation of new product and services with the Treasury Management Service Support team * Analyze the profitability of new business opportunities and propose product pricing and structuring for customer proposals. * Provide timely and accurate reporting of required sales and business development reports. * Proactive calling and management of the treasury management portfolio to identify growth potential through cross-sell of treasury and other bank products. * Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment and service issues. * Participate and represent Camden National Bank in various community functions and projects to promote the Bank and further develop new business opportunities. *Qualifications* * Minimum of three years of banking experience in cash management, sales or relationship management experience. * Understand and work with customers requiring cash management needs and solutions. * Manage sales process to include proposal and implementation. * Demonstrated sales skills with a history of proven results * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with strong computer skills * Ability to achieve goals while working independently *Education* Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business or Economics. * Possess strong market expertise. * Excellent strategic planning skills. * Possess the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources * Strong communication and presentation skills * Excellent selling and negotiation skills * Proven track record in customer development and retention * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to work with all levels of senior management. * Ability to generate ideas and drive development of new business.
