Responsibilities

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting processes of the center. In addition to:

  • Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values, company operating principles, Career Success Standards
  • Ensuring department adherence to company and federal laws
  • Administer financial statements and budget reports in a timely manor
  • Manage account payables


  • Account Reconcilation tasks including resolving discrepencies


  • Update general ledger on a regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Participating in annual budget planning and meetings


Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related area. Five or more years of accounting experience.

Preferred: Master's Degree in related field. Experience with Federal and State Accounting Guidelnies

Knowledge Required: Must possess sound working knowledge of accounting principles and practices, good organizational skills; ability to work with detailed information, excellent math skills, ability to make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately, proficient in the use of personal computer; working knowledge of software applications, e.g MSExcel; MSWord or Word Perfect, excellent communication skills including technical skills, both oral and written
