Job Description

Administrative Coordinator Pay Range: $20-$26, DOE

Administrative Coordinator Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Administrative Coordinator Start Date: ASAP

 

The Administrative Coordinator position in Scarborough, Maine is responsible for tracking down trucks and updating arrival due dates. You will have a solid understanding of administering and reporting, processing weekly reports, and more. Successful candidates will be detail oriented, have strong oral and written communication skills, and is customer focused. This is a full time position.

 

Administrative Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • High School Graduate/ Associates Degree recommended

  • 1-3 years years of experience 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Ability to work autonomously, and in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time bound requests
