ReVision Energy is looking for an HR – Recruiting Support person to join our growing ReVision team. This role will serve in a Company Wide capacity. The ideal candidate will be located in ME, NH, or MA. T ravel and training in other ReVision locations will be required.

We have implemented additional measures to assure that those we work and share spaces with adhere to COVID and general safety best practices ABOUT THE POSITION: The HR-Recruiting Support will work with applicants and Managers in this company wide role. This is a full-time office position, some travel to various branches will be required. This is a critical role at the company as we continue to grow in size and scope. The candidate must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and have the capacity to juggle multiple tasks, and have the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds. This position requires excellent communication skills, passion for our mission, responsiveness, attention to detail, and high-level of computer prowess. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Recruiting for the branches to find candidates who are passionate for the ReVision Energy mission.

+ Schedule and conduct phone screens

+ Assist Managers and applicants in scheduling Interviews and shadow days

+ Conduct reference checks

+ Onboarding of new employees as they join the team, assisting them with new hire paperwork and reviewing company policies

+ Act as a resource for questions for Managers and applicants on an ongoing basis

+ Actively recruit for hard to fill roles

+ Attend and assist in putting together job fairs

+ Collaborate with HR team on various efforts including trainings and policy reminders or announcements.

+ Collaborate with various teams to support the Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (JEDI) efforts at ReVision

+ Assist in establishing an Internship program

+ Help develop and refine best practices for recruiting for HR and Managers

Desired Skills and Experience:

+ Clear, kind, concise communication

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Passion to the ReVision Energy Mission and identifying ways to develop that in the people applying for roles

+ Proficiency in Microsoft and HRIS systems ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

+ Excellent time management and ability to organize multiple priorities

+ Able to quickly adopt new processes and tools

+ Preferred BA/BS

+ 3 or more years relevant experience as a hiring manager or recruiter on an HR team

+ Ability to foster a positive team environment
