Job Description
Join the team as part of our partnership with Adventist Health. This strategic alignment and a shared goal to improve quality of care and patient experience assume day-to-day management of Adventist Health's clinical applications IT team.
As a Delivery Consultant, you will consult with Adventist Health teams during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. Consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes, and enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. You will also complete client-specific design, configuration, and troubleshooting within appropriate tools as well as complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow-up actions. Develop and execute test plan and test script execution and note changes in end-user functionality. Review new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests, and notify clients. In this role, you will identify and escalate issues to solution and engagement leadership and leverage internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experiencePreferred Qualifications
At least 1-year of Cerner Clairvia experience
At least 1-year healthcare IT experience in a hospital setting
At least 1-year systems management or electronic medical record (EMR) implementation work experienceExpectations
Must live in or around the Roseville, CA area or reside within 60 miles of a virtually approved city
Willing to travel as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of the position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
