This position supports the administrative needs of the CEO and assigned members of the senior management team. The executive assistant also provides administrative support for agency services, programs, and functions. Interacts with staff, the public, the Board of the Directors, and regulatory/licensing bodies to promote and advance the mission of the Agency. Works collaboratively with co-position to ensure all needs are met. Position reports to the President/CEO.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred or at least one year related experience and/or training.
License/Certifications: Current valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
Experience: Minimum of three years in an assistant position reporting to individual(s) with a high level decision-making responsibility.
Strong and accurate keyboarding skills.
Mastery of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe, and project management tools.
Ability to complete training and become proficient in EPIC and other interface programs with regard to reporting needs.
