ReVision Energy is looking for a Director for our innovative ReVision Energy Electrical Apprenticeship Program (REEAP) to join us in this Company Wide role. The ideal candidate must be located in ME, NH, or MA to properly support Co-owners and Apprentices.

Job Responsibilities: The ReVision Energy Electrical Apprenticeship Program (REEAP) is an arm of the ReVision Energy Training Center (RETC), ReVision Energy’s in-house technical and professional development program. The REEAP Director will work with the RETC Director, the REEAP advisory, and the HR team to champion our innovative electrical apprenticeship program that supports the development of world class renewable energy electricians. The Director will be responsible for implementing REEAP programming, including coordinating academic training, collaborating with the REEAP advisory and ReVision Energy operational leadership to support on-the-job learning, working with state agencies to ensure program compliance, and developing approaches to harness the benefit of REEAP for the apprentices and our fellow co-owners to has helped make ReVision the #1 rooftop solar contractor in New England. The REEAP Director will be responsible for coordinating and sometimes facilitating trainings. The role will ensure alignment with core values, strategic business objectives and maintain high quality standards in instructional design and development for all methods of program delivery. This person will report to the RETC Director while having collaborative connections with key operational leadership within RE. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification. Not all duties assigned are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty. Travel will be required for this role.

+ Work with the RETC Director to develop overall strategic vision for REEAP.?

+ Oversee the administration and delivery of REEAP programs, including but not limited to PV Installation 101, safety training, and the electrical apprenticeship program.

+ Oversee the courses and learning plans pertaining to the Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Electrical Apprenticeship programs.

+ Partner with local subject matter experts to help design and deliver training programs that meet the business needs and objectives and contribute to a pipeline of future Leaders by fostering a learning environment that promotes personal and professional growth.

+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training; assess and determine cost and benefits of training methods / programs.

+ Demonstrate exceptional project management skills: create project plans, manage project implementation, provide thought leadership, and engage with stakeholders to gather and share data.

+ Use Microsoft Teams, Moodle Workplace, and other software tools and programs for the successful delivery of online instruction.

Education & Experience

+ Documented experience delivering high-quality electrical and solar training programs.

+ Electrical license or equivalent.

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive experience in the electrical or solar trades.

+ BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

+ 2-4 years’ leadership experience with proven leadership and management skills.

+ Documented experience providing instruction in Moodle or another learning management system.

+ Ability to prioritize and effectively communicate objectives.

+ Ability to collaborate with the operations leadership teams and REEAP advisory, anticipate training and development needs for our development of electricians, and manage resources to provide timely and reliable results.

+ Demonstrate and model company values.

+ Clean and valid driving record.

+ Exceptional Project Management skills, experience with managing multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders simultaneously

+ Demonstrated success working with and managing cross-functional teams, committees, and branches in identifying organizational development gaps, defining solutions, and managing the implementation with tangible results.

+ Knowledge and experience in utilizing organizational development models and assessment tools

+ Understanding of adult learning theory

+ Able to quickly adopt new methods and tools

+ Training facilitation (in-person and virtual)

+ MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) as well as project management tools
