Event Coordinator (#177061)

Event Coordinator Pay Range: $18.50 hourly, DOE

Event Coordinator Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri

Event Coordinator Start Date: ASAP


The Event Coordinator position in Bangor, Maine is responsible for managing core operations including gift processing, donor receipts/acknowledgment, financial, analytical and statistical reporting, and maintaining the integrity of donor and contributed income financial records. You will have a solid understanding of prospect sourcing and financial reports. Successful candidates will be tech savvy and strong analytical thinkers. This is a full time position.  


Event Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • Prior experience in event coordination or financial related role 

  • Strong organizational management

  • Ability to multitask 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong financial and analytical skills

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
