Job Description

NFI North Summit View has an immediate opening for Residential Counselors/Behavioral Health Professionals in our residential and in-home program serving participants ages 10 - 20.

Residential Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including; maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of participants, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation. Behavioral Health Professionals provide instruction, support and assist families with challenges they may encounter within their own homes or in their communities.

Qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent plus one year working with youth. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. 

The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and creative and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals.
