We have an outstanding reputation for quality services, innovation and hard work, and are excited for a new opportunity to hire a full time Housing Stability Coordinator based out of our South Paris office. This position reports to the Client Services Manager. The Housing Stability Coordinator provides services to help applicants of Emergency Rental Assistance experiencing housing instability to obtain stable housing and/or ensuring community support for maintaining their housing. The Coordinator will assist customers with applying for rental assistance, housing navigation and/or/case management type services, and coordinating financial counseling, landlord and tenant outreach, informal mediation, language assistance services, and access to legal services. This position will be the lead in establishing a Housing Stability Team with other community providers and will work collaboratively to identify and offer appropriate housing stability services for both renters and landlords. The Housing Stability Coordinator will complete an Individualized Housing Stability Plan with each customer served. This is a temporary position lasting 12 months with the possibility of an extension, 40 hours per week. Regular operational hours are usually Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and/or overnight training may be required.
