AP Clerk #175922

AP Clerk Pay Range: $17.00-20.00 hourly, based on experience

AP Clerk Schedule:  40 hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mon - Fri

AP Clerk Start Date: ASAP


The AP Clerk position in Bangor, Maine is responsible for inputting accounts payable into the billing system, writing checks, getting them signed and sending them out into the mail, reconciling statements and other duties that may be assigned . You will have a solid understanding of basic accounts payable duties and working with a team. Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail and staying on task and focused all through the day. This is a full-time position.


AP Clerk Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent  

  • Prior Accounts Payable experience required 

  • Experience with Word, Excel, and basic Accounting software required 

  • Ability to sit at a desk for an extended period

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail required
