Alight Solutions is looking for a temporary contract Campus Program Coordinator. This role will assist and support the Campus Recruiting team with administrative duties and program management.
Assist in and develop Alight's Early Career Development Programs: Ignite (full time) and Inspire (intern)
Coordinate and manage program webinars, learning content and peer learning & networking
Facilitate webinars and meetings for each program
Connect with colleagues in Ignite and Inspire through MS Teams group chat regularly to keep them engaged
Interview confirmations / tracking of decision day attendance
Track interview confirmations for over 200 candidates per busy season
Book travel as necessary for over 20 decision days per season with over 200 candidates per busy season (approx. 500 candidates annually)
Assist with pre-screening as needed by recruiters (through reviewing digital interviews or phone screens)
Manage candidate invitations and confirmations of attendance
Work with hiring team to create interview schedules
Send assessor confirmations, resumes and materials needed for interview day
Set up interview debrief sessions
Maintain school log-in information / updated company information with over 80 schools
Register for Career Fair / Event attendance for over 60 events throughout the year
Create corresponding outlook invites and send updated information to all attendees of each event
Update events and corresponding invites with information that changes up until event occurs
Previous experience with Early Career Development Programs a plus
Event organization and planning experience a must
Excellent project management skills are key to success in this role
Able to work independently in a virtual environment
Initiate and maintain innovative new ways to manage campus coordination process
Manage the Campus referral process for internal referrals
Set up first round screening of referral candidates
Maintain updated and accurate list of all referral candidates
Own summer projects that will drive forward the vision of the Campus Recruitment Team
Own candidate engagement projects (holiday gifts, offer renege surveys etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft office Suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
Self-motivated and takes initiative
