GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibility of the Solar Asset Coordinator is to manage and support a growing portfolio of s olar and clean energy projects , which are owned by ReVision Energy’s customers but are managed by us. Working together with the ReVision’s O&M and Legal/Finance/Development teams, the Asset Coordinator will have primary responsibilities for managing a portfolio of solar projects for a variety of project investors and owners including Community Solar Farms, as well as a variety of third party owned solar projects built for municipalities, schools and private non profits . The Asset Coordinator will work directly with project investors and together with the Service and O & M department to oversee and report on performance of exiting projects . RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Acts as primary point of contact for and m anages all aspects of solar system ownership on behalf of third party project investors including: coordinating O and M, insurance, customer billing, landowner lease payments, REC market participation, tax and other compliance filings, annual reporting etc.
+ Acts as primary point of contact for and m anages all aspects of shared system ownership on behalf of Community Solar Farm owners including: project closings, coordinating O and M, insurance, customer billing, landowner lease payments, REC market participation, tax filings, annual reporting, budgeting, and customer service.
+ Works directly with project investors to provide periodic project and financial performance updates.
+ Works with solar project beneficiaries (offtake) to provide periodic technical and financial reports on system performance.
+ Works with O and M department to develop process for system performance and alarm monitoring for all third party owned systems under RE management.
+ Works with Legal, Development and Finance team and with O&M department to build systems to better serve our asset management clients.QUALIFICATIONS (required):

+ College Degree in engineering, business, finance
+ Experience in solar energy development or project finance
