Information Technology Risk Management and Security Governance Risk and Compliance (ITRMS GRC) is an essential component of the current IT enterprise that provides support to the Pharmaceutical Research, Supply Chain and Marketing organizations. The Strategy, Governance, and Automation function is responsible for all IT GRC policies and processes, technologies, controls, compliance programs and data insights.
The Associate Director – Technology Product Lead will be responsible for the technology strategy to automate IT GRC processes and any additional functions to advance the strategic goals of IT GRC. This role reports to the Director, IT GRC Strategy, Governance, and Automation.
+ Establish the IT GRC technology strategy.
+ Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for all IT GRC technologies.
+ Identify and monitor the business case for IT GRC technologies.
+ Ensure expected value and benefits are achieved from the implementation of IT GRC technologies.
+ Ensure all IT GRC technology products work seamlessly as one product line for a superior customer experience.
+ Maintain a pulse on innovative solutions in the market and work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to establish or enhance IT GRC technologies.
Desired Education Level:
+ Bachelor’s Degree is required. Concentration in an Information Technology discipline is preferred.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ 8+ years working in a Regulated and/or Technology Industry.
+ Good understanding of IT compliance within a regulated industry.
+ Direct experience assessing the technology needs of a function and defining a roadmap to address those needs.
+ Direct experience with Agile or similar methodologies.
+ Demonstrates an executive presence through good communication and professionalism.
+ Strong collaboration, influencing and negotiating skills.
+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and successfully meet project milestones.
+ Experience in IT product management and/or IT product development.
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically and thoughtfully consider broad perspectives.
+ Understanding of service automation capabilities and tools (e.g. RPA/AI, commercially available service management or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) technologies).
Preferred Experience and Skills:
+ IT Architecture experience is a big plus
+ Expertise in IT product management and/or IT product development.
+ Experience in the automation of an SDLC.
