Heavy Vehicle Parts Group

Position Mission: Promote heavy duty products and programs by traveling within local area to develop new accounts and maintain assigned accounts. When in the store, will provide counter sales support by greeting and assisting customers and providing technical advice. Although this positions primary role is to act as a member of the sales team, this position is also responsible to deliver products as needed.

Position Performance Measures:

  • Sales Quota
  • Net New Distribution


  • Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.
  • Work with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to develop territory sales plans.
  • Promote Tractions entire line of heavy duty products and programs.
  • Assist customers by providing technical advice in-person or via telephone.
