Soup/Salad/Sandwich Artist: Prepare soups, salads, sandwiches, quiche and similar dishes for the Café and Market. Responsibilities include meat slicing, cutting, and preparation of vegetables and garnishes, as well as assembly of regular items and special orders, both cold and grilled sandwiches. The work requires organizational skills, attention to detail and collaboration with co-workers. Employees are on their feet most of the shift and must be able to lift and carry provisions from the storage area, and to sweep and sanitize their workstation.
