The Administrative Assistant Float provides support to the members of the Senior Management Team, the Finance team, and the Human Resource departments. Duties and assignments “float” and may vary daily by department or task.
Responsibilities will be administrative in nature and include data collection and entry, project planning. filing and file maintenance, report analysis and audit assistance, employee training, policy development, customer service support and assisting in the coordination of meetings and events.
The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of HR processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office products and exceptional customer service skills. Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills a must.
