Job Summary:MaineGeneral Health is presently seeking an Information Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle and Integrations team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Practice Management Systems and HL7 integrations.

Job Description:

What You Bring to the team?

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• The ability to troubleshoot application issues using various KBs and support documentation.

What You Will Do?

• Monitor and work our internal ticketing system.• Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance integrations.• Work with various departments to identify reporting needs and build reports to meet those needs.• Support various applications within the Revenue Cycle application suite.

• The selected candidate will work with a team of nearly 100 IT professionals and a customer base of over 4,500 people, in an environment where investing in technology and working as a team are priorities. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.• Experience in healthcare and technology strongly preferred.• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.• Must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
