Branch and Corp Admin Support

Job Description

The ideal candidate, will perform routine administrative branch and corporate duties including but not limited to: data entry, mail, daily payment processing, branch accounts receivable and both branch and companywide receptions/phone coverage.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Provide professional customer service

 Provide hone coverage for both branch and company as a whole

 Process incoming and Outgoing mail distribution for both the branch and Corporate offices

 Manage Accounts Receivable including follow up and delinquent account collections

 Code and processing branch location invoices for payment through Accounts Payable

 Prepare daily deposits and process credit card payments

 Process new credit applications

 Issue PO’s for attachments and units

 Enter/process orders of new equipment units

 Maintain accurate, various, up to date data in our ERP system

 Maintain equipment files until final invoice is received

 Misc. filing as needed

 Other support duties as assigned

The ideal person will:

 Have knowledge of basic office equipment including computers

 Be experience in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel

 Have professional telephone/email techniques and etiquette

 Have good verbal and written communication skills

 Can work independently/self starter, but also be a team player for support and cross team functions

 Able to perform a variety of basic clerical duties involving data entry and filing as well as operate basic office equipment such as postage meter, copier/fax machine, credit card machine, and multi-line VOIP phone system

 Able to meet the physical requirements of the job, passing a pre-employment physical with drug screening
