Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper and HR Coordinator (#172089)
Bookkeeper/Coordinator Pay Range: 50k Annually
Bookkeeper/Coordinator Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8-5
Bookkeeper/Coordinator Start Date: ASAP
The Bookkeeper/Coordinator position in Biddeford, Maine is responsible for managing the general ledger, processing payroll (w/ outside PR service), reconciling invoices and accounts payable, and preparing financial reports. You will have a solid understanding of Excel software, and experience preparing financial statements (within an ERP). Successful candidates will have good communication skills to explain financial concepts and HR policies to other employees. This is a full time position.
A degree in Accounting, HR Management, or related field is required
3 Years of Bookkeeping experience
Experience with Excel required
Positive attitude and team player
