Direct Community Care is accepting applications for an immediate opening within our Community Integration (Adult Case Management) program. Applicants must possess at minimum a MHRT/C-Provisional certification. Experience cannot be substituted. We are currently looking for a Case Manager to provide services to individuals in the Kennebec/Somerset area. If you have a MHRT/C, but do not have experience as a Case Manager, we will provide you with the supervision, training and guidance to help you become successful in your new career path.
Reliable transportation, driver's license and current auto insurance required. We offer 6 paid holidays (based on the number of hours you're scheduled to work) and you accumulate PTO (paid time off) based on the number of hours worked.
We provide clinical supervision, continuing education and training to maintain your certification.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The Adult Case Manager provides sound ethically and clinically-based, safe, effective and innovative services of high quality to people with mental illness.
- The Case Manager will achieve this by providing support and education to people with mental illness while networking people with mental illness to community based supports.
- The Case Manager will be responsible for networking and participating in client treatment plans to ensure strength-based, client-focused service delivery.
$500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months)
