Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for our center in Waterville.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a professional, consumer-focused presence with all Spectrum Generations staff, callers, and visitors. They will also have strong skills in Publisher, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience working in a non-profit desired.

Responsibilities include acting as first contact for visitors and consumers, answering, and transferring phone calls and, performing data-entry duties. The administrative assistant also maintains scheduling of conference rooms, inventory of office and kitchen supplies, and places orders as needed. In addition, this position assists in meeting fundraising goals by planning and participating in Center activities and special events. Office duties include filing, faxing, copying, and preparing correspondence.
