$750 Sign on Bonus! Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job $750 Sign-On Bonus!!!! Spurwink’s Children’s Residential Program is looking for a full-time Awake Overnight Supervisor. The candidate will serve children and adolescents both with complex trauma histories as well as those on the Autism Spectrum. The position will involve the candidate assisting the Unit Director’s ineffective implementation of therapeutic treatment within the milieu; as well as, assisting with the professional development of the residential team. This position also includes a $750 sign-on bonus, $375 paid upon 3 months of full-time employment, $250 paid after 6 months of employment. Robust Benefits Package:

DUTIES: Provide orientation, job shadowing, and training to new staff members and includes coaching, training, modeling, and on-the-floor supervision. Assisting with the development of activities; implementing and participating in program activities and therapeutic groups. Acting as positive role models for clients and direct care staff. Providing oversight of scheduling staff coverage in the residences. Performing Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, including assuring fidelity to the client’s treatment plans. Traveling to multiple Residential sites throughout the state in order to support staff. The vehicle is provided for travel. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education Requirements: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum Experience Requirements: 1. Two (2) years of previous residential treatment experience in the field of behavioral health or education required. 2. Must have proven ability to nurture, manage, and develop relationships with clients. 3. Must have proven ability to work as a member of a treatment team and develop professional relationships with co-workers. 4. Must have a demonstrated high level of competency to perform direct care responsibilities and demonstrated capacity to provide on-the-job direction/training to direct care staff as needed.
