We are looking to add to our kitchen teams in both our Windham and Westbrook restaurant locations. We are hiring full-time and part-time Lind Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Fry Cooks.
Both of our restaurant locations have busy, fast-paced kitchens.
Line cooks need to be able to take direction and perform their tasks with speed and accuracy, assuring that dishes are prepared according to established recipes. Stations include deli table, grill, pizza table, etc.
Prep cooks perform basic cooking duties, monitors stock levels, and takes on culinary tasks as they arise. The prep cook assists the kitchen team by portioning food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications, preparing recipe components in advance of service, and par cooking food items.
Fry cooks job duties involve prepping the food for frying, ensuring food achieves proper temperature, maintaining the deep fryer to ensure it is operating correctly and safely, and routine changing of oil.
